A Ladie's Draw and a Men’s Draw, each consisting of two 8-player Divisions, each playing the other within their Division, in a seven-game round robin format.

Non-players (for food and draws) $9.00

FINAL DAY TO REGISTER: as a player or non-player for food and draws – no later than April 20, 2008

THE TOURNAMENT: will be played in accordance with USA Pickleball Rules, using the white Cosom ball.
All games are played to 11 points, winning by 2 points. A maximum total score is 77 points. Should a game go to 15-13 for example, it will be recorded as 11-9. To be fair, there is no credit for extra points.

The winning players are those with the most points gained in each of the Men’s/Women’s eight player groups. In the event of ties for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place finishes; the winner will be decided by the most points scored against each other, or the difference in their combined score of their match.

The Official Score Keeper will settle all disputes, the Tournament Director may be asked to give an opinion.

Out-of-town players should register electronically or by other means to assure inclusion in the tournament. Your entry fee must be forwarded to arrive no later than 20 April.

Spectators and non-players, who wish to be eligible for draws and food, must pay their fee no later than 20 April. This is necessary for food arrangements.

There is a need for several volunteers, preferably not players, in the kitchen, reception and refereeing throughout the day. If necessary some players may be asked to referee.
